We’re a small farm with a big purpose. Born and raised along California’s coastal region, we’ve always been surrounded by fresh, flavorful food - and it’s where our love for cooking and growing first took root.
At the heart of Big Time Harvest is a passion for microgreens - - grown to order, harvested by hand, and delivered at their freshest. We believe food should be simple, vibrant, and nourishing, which is why every tray we grow is cultivated with intention, not excess.
Our mission is to provide local chefs, restaurants, and home cooks with nutrient-packed greens that elevate every dish while supporting a more sustainable food system. What began as a small market stand has become our way of giving back to the community - sharing knowledge, good food, and the joy of growing along the way.
At the end of the day, we’re here to grow great food, reduce waste, and bring people together through a shared love of a fresh, tasty meal.

Hi, we’re Sarah and Steve, the farmers behind Big Time Harvest.
We started our small San Diego farm at the beginning of 2025 with a simple goal: to grow food that nourishes both body and soul. What began as a passion project quickly became a way of life, one rooted in wellness, good food, and community.
Every tray we grow is nurtured by hand and harvested at its peak. We’re constantly discovering new flavors and varieties to bring to our menu - from bold, peppery radish to delicate sunflower shoots. The support and enthusiasm from our community have been incredible, and it’s deeply rewarding to see how fresh, local food can bring people together.
For us, this isn’t just farming - it’s about connection. From our garden to your plate, we’re proud to share what we grow.
